Beijing Oilchemleader Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd (OCL) is an advanced new high-tech company with an area of 26000 square meters.It was established in 2001 and registered in Zhongguancun Science Park of Beijing. Oilchemleader is primarily engaged in researching, manufacturing, selling and providing related technology services of oilfield chemicals. Founded in 1985 and located at Weihui, Henan province with an area of 65000 square meters, Weihui Chemical Co., Ltd is the production-base of Oilchemleader. It has over 30 years' perfect and mature experience on manufacturing oilfield chemicals. Oilchemleader, composed of high educational personnel, whose 66% stuffs are upper undergraduates, has a strong power of science and technology researching capability. It has a high- level lab approved by the National Laboratory Accreditation Committee with kinds of advanced equipments.

Now the company has the following five series of products: drilling mud additives, cement slurry admixture, oil-recovery additives, water-treatment chemicals, and acidizing and fracturing additives. It's the authorized manufacture of China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation and China National Offshore Oil Corporation. Oilchemleader products are sold throughout the major domestic oilfield and exported to Russia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Sudan, Syria, Nigeria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, etc, more than 20 foreign countries.
